Frank WakefieldThey do it because SO MANY folks who have piles of money are into collecting slabbed cards that they can't satisfy the demand, they need more supply, and they're satisfied with the buyer's premium as being enough. They do it because of a huge increase in collectors of slabs instead of cards. They do it to make money.
