Ken McMillanpersonally, If a buyer does not like the product for whatever reason, I would refund the money. My reputation is worth more to me than any amount of money. You could also agree to send the card to SGC and split the cost. A fair and equitable solution for both parties which would not involve the board and preserve all reputations and opinions of the board. That way there are no bad guys. We should also stop the name calling and get back to cards!!!! I'm sure Leon would agree.
