Not to get into politics, but this is the exact reason there needs to be oversight. Government de-regulation is a large part of the equation for why we are in the financial crisis we are now. Soundbite platitudes are fine for politicians trying to get elected, but let's be serious about reality. The wild-west of the sportscard/memorabilia industry has done nobody but the greedy and unethical any good.
