Saying that only Congress has a lower public approval rating than Bush is not correct.
That renowned war hero Dick Cheney,(I think he had four deferments during the Vietnam war because he was too busy to serve his country in uniform)has a lower public approval rating than Congress. I would have been proud to have served with you Dick, where were you?
Congratulations Mr. Cheney, only you coulda been ranked worse than Congress in the public eye.
