I think PSA 2 or 3 would be a better indicator; 1's can be all over the place and the price fluctautes greatly in this grade because of eye appeal and damage to the card.

I will say Elberfeld's (Wash) seem to be going for less than I would have thought these days (I bought mine a couple of years ago, sadly); are the HOF'ers holding value better than T206's of non-HOF'ers that are scarcer?
