How many members are there in the Bruce Dorskind Group?

Is there any reason why only one member of the Bruce Dorskind Group ever contributes? Are the other members allowed to participate?

Is Bruce the leader of the group or has he simply been elected to be the corresponding secretary?

Not to be an ass, just curious.
