It must be hyped if I pulled it from a pack, because I had no trouble pulling the best players from the high series that year. My guess is that if someone was fortunate enough to be have a store in their neighborhood that carried the high series, then getting those kinds of players, i.e., Bench, was not going to be terribly difficult.
