Default A tale of two REA Joe's....Doyle that is

The Conlon Doyle error card, in my opinion, sold for less than was my guess. Perhaps we can attribute this
to our current "economy" ? ?

Anyhow, another Joe Doyle sold for a ridiculous price. I'm referring to the common T206 Joe Doyle that sold
for $4000. Sure, it's a PSA8....and yes, it's mis-labelled as the "Nat'l" card.
Take it out of it's plastic holder; and, this card is worth only approx. $500 (if that) ! !

PSA is guilty of "double-jeopardy" on this Doyle. Not, only did they fail to recognize that it is the common
Doyle....but, it has a SWEET CAPORAL 350 back. You would think by now that they would realize that the
Joe Doyle error card was printed ONLY with the PIEDMONT 350 back.

Are these grading company's ever going to get their act together on these scarce "big $$$$$$" cards ? ?
