The most memorable game I actually attended was August 17, 1980. Went to the game where George Brett went 4 for 4 at the plate and moved his season batting average to .401. Brett had been on an incredible tear and everyone wanted to see him go for the elusive .400. We were only able to buy standing room only tickets, which meant we actually stood up the whole game. But the crowd was really electric and it was great to cheer on Brett and be there for the moment.
