Scott - we've got the "
archive center" which has this info for some issues, and Leon's always open to adding additional threads to it if you (or anyone else) wants to suggest them. I do think that any such information would have to be in discussion forum (like those threads) because there usually isn't consensus on these kinds of discussions.
