Hi Barry -- as posed, that's a bit of a tough question to answer. There are plenty of what you might call "crossover" games that feature baseball in some aspect -- standard playing card decks, snap games, bingo variations, parcheesi, and so on -- and many "game medleys" that include a tabletop baseball game among a variety of other parlor games. But most of those are from the 1930s or later, and there's very, very little from that narrow 1904-24 window you've outlined -- especially if you're looking for something including cards depicting ballplayers (whether actual players or generic cartoons). One of the few that come to mind (not even sure this fits the bill) is
