The Chauncey Fisher photo originated from Lew Lipset many years ago. So what's the statute of limitations on an old purchase?

And oddly enough, I just discovered that the image for Paddy Fox on BaseballReference is the same photo as the one I listed above. Hmmm.... did they get it from my website, from another source or from an old Lipset catalog? Here's their link:
