Default Looking for Comic Book Info.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've got all kinds of memorabilia/collectibles that I'd like to start clearing out of my house. So, I'd expect over the next several months I'll be having a variety of attic sales.
I'm going to start with my son's old comic books.
Can anyone refer me to a good source for estimated values of comic books, particularly those of X-Men, mid-90's?

Do they have much value? Should I bother researching them, or is it not worth it? I'd appreciate any input as, outside of baseball cards, I'm pretty much a novice at this.

Update: Given the responses below, here is a list of most of what I have:

Group 1: These are all used but in decent condition. These have been annotated with prices from a price-guide, thanks to a fellow board member. These are seller's prices and grossly inflated, I'm sure. I am not asking for these prices! But they will give you an idea of what is more valuable.]

Additionally: When I note a price next to a particular comic, that's what it sold for originally--I am not asking that price.

Thanks for the education in comic books.

That's all, folks.
