The Pirates are proud to partner with ROOT SPORTS to host the Pirates Charities on ROOT SPORTS Auction at PNC Park when the Pirates host the New York Mets at 7:05 p.m. in the Trib Total Media Hall of Fame Club.
The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the telecast begins at 6:30 p.m.

Fans from all around the country will be able to participate and bid on several premier items and experiences in this live on-air auction during the game.
Proceeds from the auction will be used to support area Miracle League programs. Pirates Charities is partnering with the Miracle League of Western PA (Murrysville), the Miracle League of the Ohio Valley (Wheeling, WV) and the Miracle League of South Hills (Upper St. Clair) to construct three new Miracle League fields in our community. Miracle League fields are specially designed and feature a rubberized surface so that children with special needs are able to move about them safely and have the opportunity to participate in the great game of baseball. Pirates Charities helped to construct the first Miracle League field in the greater Pittsburgh region in Cranberry in 2009 in conjunction with the Miracle League of Southwestern PA.
