I won't be of much help but I can tell you what I remember... about 10 years ago - I saw one of these. It was a presentation piece. The box was lined with purple felt and had two baseballs in it. One baseball was a Babe Ruth single signed ball on the sweet spot. The other baseball had a bunch of little round headshot on it. I can't remember exactly but I think the pictures were of American and National League presidents, but I could be very wrong with that. Both balls sat side by side in the box.
