There are a variety of cards you find with MC and OC on the other axis, or more MC/OC than other cards. Needing to make those cuts would seem to drive more process failures (so to speak) on that set of cards.

Not being an expert on the set I always assumed this card was trimmed because of how small it is. Is it possible that it isn't trimmed but factory cut short?
