Any AG Spalding vintage boxing equipment experts out there?

Ran across this AG Spalding speed bag and am trying to determine age and approximate value...
Anyone have any idea? I am thinking 1890's to 1910 but cannot find any info...

Update... I believe it is the Moline platform (I remember seeing Moline on the top support bar..) Found the item in the 1906 and 1917 catalogues so far... how to value?
