The Great American Baseball Card Flipping, Trading and Bubble Gum Book by Brendan Boyd and Fred Harris.
It pictured various "common" baseball cards (and a few stars), with often humerous profiles of the players.
One of the profiles was with a picture of the 1969 Topps Walt Williams, where they said "And yes, Virginia, Walt Williams had no neck".
