Josh K.Ive already bought a number of GAI holders with loose cards - I dont know if its all cards or not, but a sampling of the different sets that have had rattlers for me: T206, 51 Bowman, 67 Topps. I have never had one so bad that it slipped out of the insert as has happened to some others.
A while back, I emailed Mike Baker at GAI about the problem and he responded as follows:
"There is a tolerence each gasket has for any particular card, obviously
too much tolerence would not be good. If you would like to send back
the cards in question I would be more than happy to take a peak and find
a gasket that fits your cards better. We have over 200 different sized
gaskets to ensure we get the one that fits the best everytime. Let me
know what you would like to do and will go from there."
Good customer service, but I still decided to cross all of my cards over to SGC. There is absolutely no movement in their slabs.
