I saw in the recent RMY Auction a Rogers Hornsby photo:

Both have hand written Roger Hornsby, but the one I have has Chicago Cubs added, however was missing the date stamp. It is obvious that both photos were taken during the same game and most likely moments apart (I like mine better ;o) ). I knew that the stadium was Wrigley Field (LA), but was unsure as to when. Now that I see the date stamp of MAR9 1929, I now know when. Looks like, by the socks, they are playing Brooklyn (
http://exhibits.baseballhalloffame.o...ar&increment=9). My question is, does anyone know how to find pre-season schedules/scores from back then online, going to the LA library is not an option for me.
