I downloaded the software and am having trouble scanning index cards.
The Oeschger index card came out heavily toned and in real life is barely toned.
The Schmeling index card is signed on the unlined side but the lines show through from the back of the index card. The Oeschger card is unlined on both sides which is why there are no lines showing.
Anybody have a similar problem?
Anybody know what I can do to correct this?
