Am I missing something here or are there/was there top loaders that were big enough to hold old Beehive hockey cards?

Bee hives measure 4 1/4 by 6 3/4 inch black and white photos of hockey players mounted on 5 3/8 by 8 inch coloured mats.
Has this seller just reduced these original photos via photo copying/resizing then placed them in top loaders or do top loaders of this size exist, or use to exist?
