Bob, thanks most awfully for posting those Picture Pal gems. How very touching. Surely they would have boosted a kid's spirits back then. You make a very compelling point on the cost. One dollar would indeed buy twenty nickel wax packs---100 cards!!! In this instance, as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words, so is a picture worth a hundred Topps cards. A memory to last a lifetime.
