Jay’s Publishing
I’m sure no expert, but I’m a fan of both the team issue packs and the Jay Publishing. I think the grading companies, at least PSA, state that the Jay issues started in 1958 and like you stated above group them as 1958-1961. I believe, in the past, they have slabbed at least some 1957’s, but am unsure of the 1956 version. So, at least for some teams the Jays go back to 1956 which would make the Jay packs 1956 to 1965, but not for all teams.
