I bought it from an elderly gentleman who said he purchased it when a old local drug store was going out of business about 40 years ago. It is really, really heavy and the glass is thick. It has an old push button light switch on the back but no lights were attached. I plan to put lights in the display case some day and hook back up the old fashion push button switch to use them.
No maker mark on it that I can find.
