Found it.
First one is Jeremy Reed (it is pictured upside down in the op).
Both Reed and Washburn played for the Seattle Mariners from 2006-2008, and Washburn went 18-6 for the 2002 Angels (WS Champs).
Reed wore #7 and Washburn wore #56.
