One thing to look for when buying PSA is the age of the slab. If the number grade (7) is on the same line as the letter grade (NM), then it's an older-generation slab, and PSA is significantly more critical now than in years past, especially with high-end cards. It might cross over to an SGC 84/7, but I don't think higher.

But it's an absolutely beautiful card. Who cares what the slab says?!
In all the searching I have done, this is 100% true imo. All one has to do is look at cards on here and/or E-Bay and compare the new with the old.

I have noticed it numerous times and stated numerous times, I wish I had my cards graded back yrs ago when I received my Topps cards and not waited until now to do so.
