ChuckI'm fortunate to be able to "afford" more cards than I buy. Just can't see spending that kind of money on cards..... and you can believe my better half feels the same way !! Additionally, I have a decent stock of cards to trade/sell (although I can't get motivated to do the latter unfortunately).
One way I've hit on to build up a budget...... 0%/no fee credit card balance transfers I can put into a CD for a year.
In addition, I buy myself cards for Christmas, Fathers Day, Birthday, etc and give to the family to give me en lieu of other gifts. Christmas is coming....anybody have a Poor/Fair T206 Cobb??
On the flipside, as I drive down the freeway inching above 75 mph I tell myself that if I get a ticket, the fine comes out of my budget.
Any other ideas??
