if it is called "hand cut" it is technically a Play Ball PAPER which makes the population even lower than you think! 24 of the cards were issued at the end of the year in 12 card sheets. I'm a big fan and a "9" is out of this world. I've had a number of these and the best grade I've ever had is a "5"
