Default 1962 Parkhurst Hockey (class in session)

(FYI class is in session for me as I try to learn about these cards)

55 cards in this set with players from Toronto (#1-#18), Detroit(#19-#36), and Montreal (#37-#54) pictured. There are also two unnumbered cards that I guess I need a "Tally Card" (checklist) and a ZIP Hockey Contest (Tally Game Card).
The cards have three different designs for each team, and they are pretty cool! First example has the city name with a colorful background pattern.
Second example has the player pictured inside a puck with a facsimile autograph at the top.
Third example shows the player inside a giant puck.

Very basic back design. On the "giant puck" cards, a facsimile autograph is added to the top.

Not all the "player in a puck" cards have an autograph?

I'm 67% complete and scouring for low grade (cheap) cards!
1962 Parkhurst cards REALLY solid set!
What else do I need to know about these cards?

*********
I've never been to an NHL game.
I have attended a few minor league hockey games.
I have watched NHL on TV.
I mostly understand the rules.
I like collecting vintage hockey cards.
I don't know much about the vintage Parkhurst sets.
I really don't know much about the players.
