I think the seller does not want to spend the time boxing and packing the cards. If the seller pays the extra charge for this, I have no problem. Hey, sellers of cards or anything else drop their stuff off at Ebay seller locations all the time too. They just don't want the hassle of selling and shipping items. The just want whatever cash that item gets for them.
