If you haven't left feedback, I'd ask for a $2.00 refund first, or atleast clarification where the $4.00 goes towards shipping. I charge $3.00 for insured first class in a bubble envelope with the cards packed between cardboard.

You probably paid his listing, partial final value and paypal fees.
