Thanks. Those are great explanations. I'm not trying to be difficult and I see your point. I'm just not convinced he "technically" crossed the line.

If he listed the exact same auction under Collectibles\Artwork\Homemade then he would be OK. If under Baseball\Singles\Pre-1929 then it's clearly fraudulent. But he is somewhere in the middle.
