Nothing wrong with collector grade cards. Mine are mostly mid-grade as well (5-6). Very few people can afford the set in high grade (NM or better). I don't mind a soft corner or shift in centering if the price is right and I think that most collectors would agree with that. 
I'm looking forward to seeing your cards. Hopefully you got the Jack Zilly card (best looking card in the set imo)!

Scott, I am right there with you. Mid grade all the way for me. If I tried collecting high grade, I would never finish and wouldn't be any happier.
