It's on the basic search page now. If you keep reading further down the page on the search options, you wind an unassuming little box you need check.

I can't believe that searching completed auctions was such a little used function that is needed to be relagated to almost nonexistance. I use it all the time.

Wonder if it has anything to do with Powersellers not wnating people to be able to track past auctions, prices and other information that might hurt their bottom line.
