My total collection is around 125,000 so I'm getting there. Sometimes people think that a .01 card is no big deal. However, it is a big deal in terms of potential appreciation. You can easily mark-up a .01 card to .05 and still have plenty of buyers. That's equivalent to selling a $100 card for $500.
