S GrossOK, this happened to my brother with a lithograph bought on ebay .... BUT, I'm going to explain the situation so that even "we" 
can understand:
"I" bought a "card" on ebay from a seller who had 100% positive with about 150 transactions. I bought it with a buy-it-now for $500. I was very happy with the card and the price. However, when I got the invoice, the seller wanted $100 (yes $100) for shipping (listing stated s/h based on final price). I emailed him (politely) and disagreed with his s/h. I explained a $500 card could be shipped priority fully insured for less than $20. I would gladly pay $25 for s/h/i. I got a pissy reply "accepting" $25 s/h/i.
So I paid my $525 with PAYPAL. When I received the card it was sent uninsured, loose in a #10 envelope, and low-and-behold, it was damaged (to a lose of about 50% value).
What should "I" do ??
