I am only guessing here because the ones I've tried to flatten have cracked but I would experiment with heat and slow steps on some samples. room temperature face down with some cardboard resting on top for a few weeks, maybe increase the room temp and additional layers of cardboard/weight to see how they go, then ultimately into sleeves. I think you may be lucky that it is an uncut sheet so the stress is spread out over the entire sheet.
