My wife tolerates my collecting and spending, I guess that is as good as it is going to get. Luckily she went to Chicago and met Tim Newcomb, Mike Peisch, Peter Thomas and a couple other guys and recognized them for the good guys they are so she doesn't think my fellow collecting buddies are geeks or have no lives.
