The Stengel is a Signal Oil, from 1948 or 1949 (I forget which). Lombardi and Billy Martin are also in the set. They pop up occasionally on ebay. I haven't followed them closely, but I think you shouldn't have difficulty finding Stengel for under a hundred dollars. But it could take a few months.
