I agree. The maker (ASCO) was probably obligated to use the MLB logo as part of their license with
every MLB pennant made--no matter the team, no matter the size. And, if these were made as one-offs in support of an MLB-hosted ASG, I would
certainly expect them to have the MLB logo on them.
The commissioner (and his lawyers) were bound to see them. They may even placed the order for them!
These had to be one-offs.
