Jeff LichtmanSlow down on the Mickey Hatcher bashing. A .280 lifetime hitter, he carried the Dodgers to one of the biggest upsets in World Series history in 1988 when his team (after getting just one at bat from league MVP Kirk Gibson) beat the heavily favored A's, 4 games to 1. Hatcher hit 2 home runs, drove in 5 and batted .368 in that Series. He was also a great clubhouse guy and rarely struck out.
