I can see all IP addresses. Actually, you are correct in that the posts Travis makes have different IP addresses. However, his registration IP is the same. Many members/people don't have static IPs so there is nothing to really be gleaned from knowing the different IPs, since many change all of the time. The fact that Travis has never said anything or disputed ANY of his posts, means, to me, he is either posting them or accepting of them. Either way he is attributed to what his ID is posting. I think it's him anyway.
