Default 1968 Aamco Roger Maris Postcard variations

This colorful postcard was issued in several different Aamco's in 1968. I have versions from Norwalk, CT and Dubuque, IA. SCD used to list Oklahoma City as a version, but no longer does.
Does anybody have any other versions?
