Default Anyone seen this Cassius Clay card before?

It reads "Cassius Clay (Boxer)" and came from Israel. Size is about 1/8" smaller than a modern Topps baseball card. It is printed on glossy paper, blank backed and definitely machine-cut as the edges are absolutely straight, uniform and at right angles to one another. I am guessing it was meant to be glued down in an album. Judging from the image and some of the other people in the issue that I've seen, it dates to the late 1960s or early 1970s.
