Not to hijack Richard's thread, but I also would like to remind everyone that 15 people lost their lives and over 200 were injured in the tragic fertilizer plant accident in West, Texas on April 17. Unfortunately, the events in Boston have completely overshadowed this small Texas town and some of those families lost not only loved ones, but their homes, jobs, and belongings. The national media has been giving very little air time to this event and mainly focusing on Boston.
Please keep both events in mind, when you are deciding on donating to charity. Both the Boston One Fund and the West, Texas victims could equally use our support in their time of need. Thanks for the consideration.
