If I had to own only one card of each player, I'd take these:

T202 w/Cobb and Austin in the center panel
T206 portraits of all HOFers except Tinker, Mathewson and Wagner
T3 Mathewson
M116 Wagner
M116 Plank
M116 Tinker
1921 Exhibit Babe Ruth
1922 Eastern Exhibit Tris Speaker
1954 Topps Aaron
1954 Topps Williams #250
1956 Topps Clemente
1956 Topps Mays
1953 Bowman Feller
1958 Spahn
1961 Mantle
