Like the other item described by Karl, it feels and looks very similar to 1977 Topps Cloth Stickers. I have had it for quite some time, I picked it up as part of a collection of 1960-70's oddball items I purchased a while back. Never really figured it out, put it aside, and re-came across it and it has been bugging me. Patent dates on back are hard to read in the scan but they are 3,006,793 and 3,035,957.
Willie Mays Aikens seems like a strange addition, maybe the seller meant the real Willie Mays? A picture would be nice. I doubt the item is anything special but the "cataloger" in me hates having things undescribed.
