Marc S.That the card is a reprint, and the holder and label are both counterfeit.
It seems as if someone has been able to successfully replicate PSA's holder and label process (though the fuzzy scan doesn't help). Perhaps it was because of such potential counterfeiters that PSA recently changed their label to include an embedded logo that can only be seen with the "PSA decoder"...
