Default Ebay fraud, information requested

Posted By: Randall

Hello,

A fellow Ebayer who was ripped off and I have been doing some searching on two individuals on Ebay.
This forum came up with several postings regarding one of the sellers.

I need anyone who has had ANY dealings with either:

kingcollectibles (Steven
uniqueoddities (Jeff Grabowski) Brigantine NJ

To contact me with your story, right now I am compiling information, I will keep any identities/email addresses private.

When people contact his high bidders this is what King mailed out:

----
From:kingcollectibles@hotmail.com (k c)
To:

there has been some problems, with people spamming my bidders to discourage
them from bidding and the offering them to buy something of theirs, the
pieces are advertised exactly as i was told when i purchased them, they are
breaking ebay policy by emailing you like that, do you still have a copy of
the emails that were sent to you or do you know there email address or ebay
id's so they can be reported
------

The same Griffin plaque he was selling is available every day here:

http://www.designtoscano.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=5052&itemType=PRODUCT&iMainCat=104&iSubCat=108&iProductID=5052

His Ebay page claims he found a few more of these "cleaning out the warehouse" and I have watched him selling dozens more of these exact same plaques.

I also found that "1932 Olympic torch plaque from Berlin" too, another seller has it but is offering it AS NEW:

livingezee is his ebay name, here is one of the Griffin items:

Now check out kingcollectible's fraudulent listing claimign his came from a Castle and are carved wood:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1219&item=3729564724

This item alleged to be an antique from 1932 Berlin Germany;

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=2850&item=4129557061Is in fact being offered entirely properly and upfront by another seller as a brand NEW item here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1207&item=3722183115

See what I mean? you do a little searching around and you can find a whole lot more!
There appears to be a pattern of fraud going on here.
